2022 - 2023 Spirit Groups Tryout Information

Information here is located on page 5 of the tryout packet. 

March 28^th – April 1^st, 2022

Tryouts are open to all current 6th – 11th grade PCA girls in good academic standing who have re-enrolled or have officially been accepted at PCA for the 2022-2023 school year.

** Friday, March 18^th, 2022 – Online Tryout Registration Due with All Signed Paperwork **

3:30-5:30 PM- Fieldhouse 

Chant and Cheer

Tuesday, March 29^th (Clinic)

3:30-5:30 PM- Fieldhouse

Dance

Wednesday, March 30^th (Clinic)

3:00-5:00 PM- Fieldhouse 

Review and Draw Numbers for Tryout Groups

Thursday, March 31^st (Clinic)

3:30-5:30 PM- Fieldhouse

‘MS Tryouts’ and US Mock-Tryouts

Friday, April 1^st (Tryout Day)

SLC will be open at 3:30 PM for Warmups

Tryouts- Field House

4:30 PM JV and Varsity 

Results will be emailed by 10:00 PM on April 1^st

MS Only- Each girl who completes the full try-out week will make the team, the final roster will be emailed out by 10:00 PM on Friday, April 1^st, 2022.

For the clinic you will need to wear loose fitting shorts and a t-shirt. Please make sure that all clothing has appropriate saying and fits loosely. No tight clothing, half tops or pro-fit shorts will be allowed. 

Cheer shoes are optional for tryouts but recommended. 

-       Hair completely out of face in a ponytail, with a solid plain white bow.

-       No jewelry or gum

Cheerleaders will need to wear a solid white T-shirt tucked in to plain black or navy Nike style shorts. 

-       Hair completely out of face in a ponytail, with a solid plain white bow.

-       No jewelry or gum. 

Cheerleaders will have the ability to video the material after each day. 

Parents are encouraged to wait for their cheerleaders outside of the field house each day. 

No parents or friends will be allowed in the field house the day of tryouts.
