Cross Country Schedules
Coach Todd O'Neal
Coach O’Neal coaches Varsity Cross Country and Varsity Boys Soccer for PCA. He has been coaching for the past 17 years, 10 of which he spent coaching cross country. As a triathlete, he has a wide variety of coaching experience in football, soccer, basketball, golf, strength training, and cross country. Coach O'Neal has been married to his wife Becky for 20 years. They have three children who attend PCA: Troop, Tate, and Trott.
